tranquil getaway
really good hospitalitylush naturemenu limitation
ode and his team provided really good hospitality. everyone was always ready to help with a smile. the hygiene was excellent. everything was super clean and well maintained. i appreciated the lush nature surrounding the hotel. birds provided pleasant morning sounds. occasional monkey visits were magical.
the hotel was dark at night. the lighting wasn't working, and this felt very dangerous. i also found the menu limited. every time i tried to order, items were unavailable or out of stock.

the staff demonstrated attentiveness. they addressed requests promptly. the team provided helpful assistance. they always exhibited a warm and cute attitude to all the guests.

I found a few things lacking . The darkness at night was a REAL safety issue. The lighting was not working properly. the menu was a constant letdown. Numerous items were consistently unavailable during my four-night stay. I wish they fixed this.
